sweet as pie goodbye (for now!)

[*blueberry cuppie*, pie sisters - most amazing pie i've ever had.]

Hello you sexy nuggets! I want to say that I love you all for reading channingosity and thank you so much for being amazing! Writing this blog and reading your feedback has given me so much happiness. However, after much consideration, I’m going to take a hiatus from blogging.

Although I will miss you dearly, it’s time for a new project. channingosity started out as a food blog, then beauty, then what seems like 1,000 more things. This has given me a chance to see what it feels like to write about so many things. After 100+ posts, I’m now ready for a more focused project. I have some ideas brewing, but they need some time to get sorted out.

I hope to have something fab and new headed your way soon. If all goes my way, I will have some sort of wedding planning in the works and will be in a new home mid to late year. Keep your fingers crossed for all good things to happen. And the summer is coming, so anything could happen! I’m headed to the beaches of North Carolina in a few days for a week for a much needed vacation. What are you doing to celebrate Memorial Day? I hope your summer is absolutely fantastic!

I will post an update here with any new developments. In the meantime, please check out some of my fave daily blog reads and blog posts listed below. And please go to Pie Sisters! OMG Amazing! I have never been a “pie person” until this past Sunday. Seriously. Have a fantastic day!

Mucho hugs + kisses!

  1. Channingosity will be missed, but I look forward to what’s next!

Pie Sisters looks good… and it reminded me, I was looking for the Georgetown farmers market online (that’s Georgetown, CT!), but I stumbled upon Georgetown Cupcakes in DC, which looks amazeballs. (Yeah, I said amazeballs.) Have you been? Looks up your alley! http://www.georgetowncupcake.com/

    Good luck with everything!

  2. I’m happy you are taking a break and I know you’ll be back one way or another regardless the name :) Moving is exciting and time consuming…..wedding planning is a double full time job…..take a vacation,….you’ll be inspired with many things after a break! Adriana- (Who plans for a living and still thought Wedding Plan was the hardest planning I’ve ever done but the results and outcome were well worth the effort!!)
I fly away Memorial Week, see you in June for more tasty bites.

  3. I’ll miss keeping up with your exciting adventures and great product alerts but new & better things await Channingosity. ♥ ♥ ♥
